Due to the nature of our item, we do not accept returns. The health and welfare of everyone is our utmost concern.
If your item(s) have been damaged in transit, then we will send you a replacement, after you return the original item to us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Any attempt to return your product must be approved by us, as we will supply you with a proper return address. Not following this protocol, will null and void any possible replacement and Fitagenix.com will not be held responsible in sending you a new product. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to have our customer service reps instruct you where to return damaged item.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons other than at actual time of delivery will not be accepted as a return.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a replacement.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you that a new item has been processed for you.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a damaged parcel and need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
